BeforeBeforeI finally got the thigh extraction I had been thinking so much about I saw an ad for LAMS at the movie theater and got interested, so I searched it up. When I saw that it was a procedure, not surgery (because surgery is scary..), and that it uses local anesthesia, I decided I should get it. There were lots of branches too, so while looking through reviews to decide where to go, I saw reviews saying the doctor had appeared on Let Me In and focuses on the line, so there was no need to worry about unevenness, and I decided! (It was for my thighs so I was a bit embarrassed, but the director was a woman)
On the day of LAMS, I went in nervous, but all the staff were kind, so I relaxed a little. The director also kept asking if it hurt, and it seemed like she was trying to make it hurt less, which I liked. It hurt a bit when they put in the solution, but it didn't hurt at all during extraction, so I almost fell asleep. If you just endure the solution part, it's really over!! The procedure took 2-3 hours, then I received laser treatment, listened to the instructions, bought medicine, and came home
After getting it, it felt like my legs weren't mine, and like muscle soreness?? I really felt like they weren't my legs because when I went to the bathroom and pulled my clothes down, the gauze was attached, so it felt like I hadn't pulled them down, and I was flustered. Other than it hurting a bit when sitting because of the gauze, it didn't hurt!
When I compare the before and after photos, my legs are a bit swollen, but the saddlebags definitely went in somewhat. I'm looking forward to how much more they will go in once the swelling goes down
