I used to have pain around my period, but now, other than the kind of tightness I had before surgery, there’s nothing else I also go to the gym, and even when I do upper-body and lower-body weight training, it’s totally fine! Honestly, now even to me they look like natural breast tissue, so natural that I don’t really want to say I had surgery! And as for the scars, as you can see in the photos, the inframammary incision area is right under the breasts, so it doesn’t show If you look closely, there is a line~~ but I think this is something I’ll need to keep taking care of consistently even after 1 year!
