After<after>Before<before>Before<before>After<after>After<after>Since I was young, I got teased a lot, not exactly teased, for having a small nose, and from the side my nasal bridge looked like it was about to disappear.. When I was in school, friends would look at my nose and say it looked like their younger sibling’s nose..(a kindergartener’s..? lol) Originally, I lived without thinking about rhinoplasty at all, but as I went through life, there were so many people with pretty noses.. Because of COVID, my nose was covered by a mask, so I thought maybe it was okay now.. But when I thought about the day I’d eventually take off the mask again, I felt like now was the chance, so I decided, let’s try rhinoplasty! On the day of surgery, after it ended, I came home half-asleep, ate cake in a daze, took my medicine, and fell asleep. I thought by then it must be morning and they’d remove the cotton... But it was 2 a.m... It was really such a hard and painful time... I put on lip balm, turned on a humidifier, sat with a neck pillow, dozed off, and in my sleep my nose felt so stuffy, like I had a cold with a ton of boogers stuck in my nose... When it really became morning, my heart was pounding at the thought of going to get the cotton removed... More than anything else, because of the cotton I even decided I could never get nose surgery twice... Finally, once the nasal cotton was removed and I could breathe through my nose, all that suffocating feeling went away at once,, It felt beyond refreshing, my nose even felt cold... lol Nose surgery is a good thing.... It made me realize once again that breathing is essential to life.. Other people say swelling is worst on day 3, but for me, on day 3 it had really gone down much more than day 2, and bruises started getting clearer, like someone had beaten me up.... Because the bruising got darker, I stopped only doing cold compresses and started warm compresses. I tried to walk as much as possible, and when I went outside wearing a hat and mask, my friends said only my nose was visible... lol I still had swelling, bad bruising, my nose was really blocked, stuffy, and uncomfortable, but I held it in while looking forward to completing one week, getting the stitches removed, and seeing myself without the splint... Strangely, after my nose and face got really swollen, it felt like my eyes got a little bigger than before,,, Around day 5 after surgery, a lot of the major facial swelling really went down and the bruising also improved a lot. Until about day 3.5(?), there was a lot of swelling and the bruises started turning yellow, so I looked a bit like a hamster that had eaten too many tangerines..? The yellow bruises were almost all fading, and maybe it was just my imagination, but the nasal tip seemed to have dropped slightly compared with the day I first came home after surgery. Even if I moved only my lips a little, something like the frenulum(?) inside the philtrum pulled quite a bit. Every time I sneezed, runny nose came out, and mining huge jewels (boogers) was so fascinating. Every time I sneezed, it was amazing that I could breathe through my nose Finally day 7! Finally I removed the splint and saw my nose for the first time... When I saw it, I had been staring in the mirror for a while so I couldn’t really tell, but as soon as I got home and washed my face.... It felt unfamiliar..... It’s my nose..... but so unfamiliar..... When I did my makeup.... Now, 2 months after surgery, as time passes, the nose that felt firm(?) hard(?) feels like it’s becoming softer(?). Now finally, picking my nose is slowly becoming natural..., and I’m finally slowly getting used to it, like it’s my nose but not my nose (?) lolololol Before surgery, from the side, my nasal bridge looked like it was about to disappear, but these days every time I take a selfie, seeing my more defined nose makes me feel some kind of pride rising up lol I want to show off my prettier nose to the whole world I hope indoor masks disappear soon too, so I can show my new nose to more people!!!!!

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJun 22 Do men who get nose surgery also tend to have a lot of revision surgeries?
