Hip-up surgery 8-month review. I wish summer would come quickly...

It’s been 8 months since I had hip-up surgery So far, the bruising and scars have all healed, and I’m just at the maintenance stage Since I did it with fat, I was also really worried about the survival rate

After the recovery period passed, I slowly started exercising and managing it too It’s holding up well. The satisfaction is definite

Before exercising, there was barely any sign of a lifted hip, and before surgery, it was saggy and very flat, so I had a lot of concerns I think the buttocks are an area where changes are really minimal even if you exercise a lot

Of course, I haven’t even managed it for a full year yet :) But after surgery, when I manage it while exercising, it hasn’t sagged again and I feel that doing both together is good!!!

There are various types of hip-up surgery, but the reason I chose fat grafting was because safety and the lack of a foreign-body sensation felt the most important to me, so I did fat grafting When I had the consultation at the hospital, I think implants or fillers definitely seem to have a more dramatic effect

For implants or fillers, people say they’re much better these days, but honestly, I had a lot of worriesㅜㅜ That was the biggest reason I only thought about them but ended up having surgery with fat grafting

I think daily life after surgery usually takes about 3 weeks? or so

But for people who recover slowly, I think it could go into months haha... Even sleeping is a bit hard from the start

It’s been about 8 months since surgery now, and before summer, it feels like I’ve finished one big thing, so I feel relieved As I said above, nothing has disappeared so far and the fat has settled naturally, so it’s maintaining well

Since hip-up surgery is a cosmetic surgery with very high satisfaction, I also did a lot of legwork before surgery and I think many people are looking into it

Look into it carefully!! These days, there are many specialized hospitals, so I think it’s becoming one of the surgeries that doesn’t feel too difficult if you set your mind to it
