GNG Hospital Second Revision Surgery 7-Week Review (Septum/Nasal Valve/Inferior Turbinate…

After <front view after surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> 14 years ago, I had septoplasty + crooked nose surgery, but it failed, and 6 months later I had revision surgery at the same hospital, and it failed again... I just lived with it, but at some point, when I lay on my side, I felt like my nasal septum was shifting toward the side I was lying on. When I checked, the left side of my septum was severely bent at almost about 30 degrees, so I finally made up my mind and had revision surgery.

I didn’t know my face was asymmetrical, but when I took photos before surgery, there was some asymmetry. I had everything that could be done done: septum/nasal valve/inferior turbinate/crooked nose/nasal bridge/nasal tip.... They said they used autologous costal cartilage for the septum and nasal tip, and shaved costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and sunken areas.

First of all, breathing has become easier than before.
