I’m a man and it was my first surgery; I’m satisfied with my deviated-nose functional rhinoplasty

Before-before, after-after. As the title says, it was my first surgery, and the more time passes after my rhinoplasty, the more satisfied I am. The money and time I invested don’t feel wasted at all. I originally worried about my wide nostril wings and crooked nasal bridge, and I also had severe nasal congestion in daily life, so my nose itself was a complex for me. But after getting this nose surgery, my nose became the area I’m most confident about. The nose shape settled well into a straight line, and the size of my nose changed to just the right size, so I like it every time I look at it. Right now I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation or discomfort from the silicone, and with time the stiffness at the nasal tip has improved, so it doesn’t bother me. Also, maybe because the residual swelling went down, the shape has become much more natural than before, so I felt that time really is the answer. After surgery, my friends also asked where I got my nose done, and since they were even thinking about getting it themselves, I recommended the hospital to them. Anyway, I’m satisfied with both the cosmetic and functional aspects, and I’ve even been complimented that I’ve become better-looking. It has become much more natural, and since my friends say my nose shape came out well, my self-esteem has gone up. They say that for any surgery, you need to watch it for 6 months to 1 year, so I’m looking forward to seeing how much more it will change over time. I heard it’s hard to succeed with the first surgery, but I think I was lucky enough to succeed on my first one, so it really feels worth the money, and I’m grateful to the director.
