Before-before-after-after Hello, I’m finally posting my one-month review. First, my nose condition was a crooked nose + low nose + bulbous nose. I didn’t want a dramatic nose; my main goal was improving the bulbous nose, so I wanted to know if it could be improved as much as possible and wanted the crooked nose not to look even more crooked. I went to consultations at about 6 places in total. In the end!! I chose Cheoeumcheoreom Plastic Surgery. The reasons were that it had one director, it seemed to do many revision surgeries, and it seemed good at natural designs. When I had the consultation, I trusted them because they told me things other places didn’t. Other places usually said it was fine and would go well, but Cheoeumcheoreom Plastic Surgery somehow spoke sincerely? so I liked it! As you can tell from the pre-op photo.. it really was a wide and low nose Director Lee Bang-seok said he would proceed with 3 mm silicone, alar reduction, nasal tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage), making the nasal bridge look as un-crooked as possible! and aligning the columella as much as possible.
Still, to my eyes, my crooked nose was quite severe, so even after surgery the nasal bridge looks slightly crooked, but it’s to a degree others don’t notice, so it was okay. I was also worried about the columella, but the surgery went well and it is straight!! After surgery, the nostril base narrowed really prettily, and the nostrils also came out almost without asymmetry! The nose height also seems not too high, so I’m completely satisfied.
