I changed the silicone implant, put nasal tip cartilage in again, and what was different from the previous surgery was that my skin is thin, so I had an autologous dermal graft After doing it, the silicone definitely shows through less than before, and I actually feel like my nose has become a bit softer
The most important thing for me when having surgery was naturalness no matter what, and even though silicone was inserted at a similar height as before, it looks much more natural, so I’m satisfied. People around me also tell me my nose looks less pointy than before, so I like it ~~ Especially, I liked it even more because the hospital director didn’t suggest an excessive surgical method and suggested an appropriate method that fit me exactly!! I’m recommending it here and there haha
