I’ve been posting reviews regularly. It’s been over two months now, and I’m still taking the medication to prevent capsular contracture for 3 months, and I also have to wear the compression bra for 3 months, so I’m still wearing it. They said after 3 months I can wear any bra. For exercise, after one month I started lower-body and cardio right away, and I’m gradually doing some strength training too. I had the transaxillary incision, so the first month was really hard. After a month and a half, they softened a lot and I feel fairly comfortable now. The transaxillary scars are still bad ㅠ I think they’ll take a long time. It would’ve been a disaster if I’d done the inframammary incision.
One thing is that when I knead my breasts, they make a gurgling sound. When I bend over and stand back up too, there’s this creaking/squelching sound~ I don’t know how long this sound will last, but it’s really bothering me. I’m going to wait a bit more and ask the clinic. I heard there can be air sounds after surgery, so I thought it was just that, but it’s been two and a half months and I’m still hearing this, so I’m really worried. There’s no pain or anything else, and I do think nipple sensation has come back a little. For reference, they told me to do accessory breast surgery together, so I did, but there doesn’t seem to be much difference ㅠ Even with a sports bra, the sides still bulge out. I only ended up with needle scars, so I think even if the clinic recommends it, you don’t necessarily have to do it.
