I had a consultation today, and they said that if I get posterior canthoplasty, my eye bone is close, so there wouldn't be much difference from the front. Since the inner corners of my eyes look sharp instead, they recommended upper canthoplasty, but I'm wondering whether I should do it or not.. (I had posterior canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery a long time ago, but it came undone, so this time they recommended the incisional method)
My eyes are also close to my eyebrows, and my midface is on the long side, so if I get double eyelids, I look really greasy and overwhelming. If there isn't much difference, would it be right to just do upper canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery..?
