5 years ago, I had fat extracted from my inner thighs through an unlimited LAMS event. Even now, even if I gain weight, my inner thighs don’t gain weight. But instead, the thigh area leading down to the knees looks relatively like it gains more weight, so if I wear a skirt or shorts that cover half my thighs, I look like I’ve gained weight.. The front thighs also look relatively more protruding. If you’re going to do it, you might as well get 360-degree liposuction of the entire thighs.
