Revision Surgery for a Small Nose

My nose was originally difficult. It was small, with a drooping nasal tip and upturned nose... They also called it a dragon nose. I hated how my nostrils looked raised, and I wanted to lift the drooping tip. For my first surgery, I had consultations at over 10 clinics, and after that difficult first surgery ended up completely botched into an arrow-shaped nose, I just lived consoling myself that at least the front view had improvedㅠㅡㅜ

But as time passed, my nose kept drooping and getting flatter more and more than it had at firstㅜ Since the nose had been operated on in a drooping way from the beginning, when it drooped even more, it was seriously stressful.

I didn’t go to many consultations for revision surgery. I had already been to most clinics for my first surgery, so there was no reason to go again. I liked the consultation with Director Noh at Glovi because he clearly told me what could not be done. I wanted to lift the nasal tip and make it project a bit longer, but he said my nose was small so it couldn’t be extended moreㅠㅡㅠ We decided on columellar projection, nasolabial angle correction, and correction of the drooping nasal tip, and right before surgery, Director Noh said he would also reduce the frontal nasal tip a bit more~~

On the day my stitches were removed, the director said that for a revision surgery, I had relatively little swelling, and now I think only a little swelling remains on the nasal dorsum and front view!!

If I’m being completely honest, the side profile is a bit disappointing... I know they did their best given my nose conditions, but ㅠㅡㅠ if I don’t want to be greedy and end up with my nose perforated, I guess I have to accept it...??

The front view still looks quite swollen, but I like it!! I think the decision at the end to reduce the frontal nasal tip was really good. I had also been considering alar reduction, but if it stays like this, I don’t think I’ll need it!!
