My inferior turbinates have never been touched, and it’s not empty nose syndrome. Far from having an empty nose, my inferior turbinates actually seem more swollen, and I think I developed rhinitis instead. It’s not that my nose feels blocked because too much air is coming in; it’s truly physically blocked. It used to be completely fine. It became like this after revision surgery. I bought an endoscope and checked it myself, and on one side of my nose (the more blocked side), the upper part of the nasal septum and the upper part of the upper lateral mucous membrane are stuck together, so no air gets through that side at all, and mucus is also clumped there. I had a spreader graft to resolve the nasal obstruction, but the foreign-body sensation only got worse, and it actually feels even more blocked. Really... is there no doctor who is good at solving this kind of issue? Next month it will be 6 months, so surgery will finally be possible, but I don’t know what I should do... I’ve really tried to end my life several times. Because I can’t breathe through my nose, because I can’t take in air, being alive doesn’t feel like living. I was someone who didn’t even have allergic rhinitis originally, but after suddenly becoming like this and suffering for a year, I’m truly living like a corpse. Please share any information, thinking of it as saving someone’s life. No matter how much I search and look around myself, there are hardly any nasal obstruction cases, so there’s no information.
