Since last week, I’ve gone around to 6 places for consultations.
They’re quoting surgery costs in the mid-1 million won range for non-incisional / mid-2 million won range for incisional, and I’m wondering if that’s right?
A very long time ago, I had it done non-incisionally, and only one side came undone so I got after-service care, and this time it came undone again so I’m trying to get revision surgery.
They said the quote is like that because it’s not revision surgery but a second revision surgery.. My eyes are simple(?) and don’t need things like ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, or lateral canthoplasty.
Should I not have mentioned that I’d received after-service care once?
Because it’s also revision surgery, and I don’t really want the line to become dramatically different from the original, I didn’t ask many questions (each consultation with the doctor and the consultant took under 10 minutes), but thinking about it later, I also wonder if they saw me as an easy target..
I put down a deposit at a place that does incisional surgery, but did I just get ripped off?
