Before beforeAbout 10 years ago, I had a partial incision, and it hurt so much when the stitches were removed that I just lived with the way I looked. But this time, after moving to Seoul, I had a period when I could rest
I thought this was my chance and started looking, but because I felt this absolutely could not fail this time, I only searched for hospitals specializing in revision eye surgery. Among the reviews and posts I saw, this place looked the most natural, and I liked that the line was not burdensome
I know semi-out lines are trendy these days, but for me, because my double eyelid was higher than my own eye, it actually made my eyes look more stuffy. I talked about that during consultation, and the director seemed to see it exactly the same way I did, saying I needed surgery to lower the line instead, and that canthoplasty was needed, so I decided on full incision + 3 types of canthoplasty and had surgery that same day
For me, the surgery itself wasn’t hard at all After it ended, I looked right at the line, and because it was revision surgery, I can tell just by looking at the line. Even if people say it’s swelling and to wait, you can already see to some extent when an eye is botched But at a glance, it seemed to have turned out well, exactly as I wanted
After that I felt relieved, and as the hospital instructed, I drank pumpkin juice, went on walks, and diligently used ice packs and hot packs Even before getting the stitches removed, it had settled to some extent For now, I’m very satisfied
What I felt from doing this is, I know everyone wants bigger eyes, and I did too. But I think you need to be able to make a cool-headed, objective judgment about what condition your own eyes are in Just like if someone whose face doesn’t suit Jang Wonyoung’s eyes opens them up big with a semi-out line, it won’t suit them; the shape that suits each person is different
After realizing that, when you go around for consultations, even if it’s your first surgery, I really hope you do it at a hospital specializing in revision eye surgery. I recommend a place that specializes only in eyes Eyes take up a much bigger part of a person’s impression than you might think And as everyone knows.. even if you want to keep doing eye surgery, there’s a limit to what can be cut away, so you can’t keep doing it forever, right? The less revision surgery, the better
And lastly, only the areas that are complexes! Whether it’s a procedure or plastic surgery, I hope you only do those areas. With the face, once you keep touching and changing it, everyone naturally starts wanting to do more and fix more. Of course, there are people who turn out well after changing one thing after another, but there are definitely also people who end up looking unnatural and disharmonious I hope everyone sets a certain line for themselves and becomes prettier in a satisfying way~
I’m finally going to get my stitches removed tomorrow. The itching around my eyes is painful I got worried, so this became long I hope everything goes well for everyone!
