It seems most people choose silicone gel implants rather than saline implants, but I had been highly satisfied with saline for over ten years, and breast surgery is not a small surgery, so I think it would be good to carefully consider even the health aspects, compare the two types of implants thoroughly, and then have surgery. The reason I did not choose silicone gel was not only concern about silicone leakage if ruptured, but also concern about the gel bleed phenomenon. It seems like people don’t know about these details and just go straight for silicone without comparing the two sectors, so I’m leaving this in case it helps as a reference~ For reference, I’m about a D size, and I’m satisfied with both the shape and feel.
