I had my eyes and nasal tip done together on 1/3. There was also bleeding in my eye during surgery (I also bled when I got filler before, and they said it was because my face has a lot of blood vessel distribution..)
At first, my eyes only opened on day three, and my whole face and even my neck were bruised and swollen like someone who had double-jaw surgery
The distance between my eyebrows and eyes is large, and I have no fat in my eyes (to the point that the doctor told me twice that I should definitely consider fat grafting later). I originally had double eyelids too; they were thin, but one side was really extremely thin. I never imagined I would become a semi-out sausage. Among the semi-out lines, I chose the biggest line that the director marked first, and did it by incision. I had seen so many cases where the line came down or the double eyelid came undone and people had revision surgery, so I thought I should finish it in one go.
I expected some swelling, but I really don’t think I’ve seen anyone look like this at 80 days.. It doesn’t look like residual swelling; it looks like someone one week after double eyelid surgery When I went for a follow-up a little before two months, the doctor said the swelling would completely go down. But when I measured the line with a ruler, the height seems to be about 10 mm, and I don’t know if the fixation was done firmly, but the scar is deep and even from the side, the sausage swelling is plump. I think the line was set too high.
Would it be okay to have revision at the same place (it’s a large hospital)? Since the first surgery was incisional, is line lowering, two-line excision? possible with natural adhesion? I paid twice the price of burial suture for incision, so a partial refund for this probably isn’t possible, right? Would taking swelling medicine now have any effect? If it’s eyelid revision, would the swelling last even longer? It hurt so much that I think I may have put too much force into my eyes. Like the four photos below, the swelling probably won’t go down, right? Revision is the right choice, right?..
