<Left eye><Right eye>It’s been well over 10 years since I had double eyelid surgery, and at the time I had incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and a little fat removal. During the consultation, I said I absolutely wanted it to look natural and that my goal wasn’t to make my eyes bigger than before. I originally had monolids, so I said I’d be happy just having a line. Also, since my eyes are slightly sunken anyway, I think I was told back then that my eyes couldn’t really be made dramatic. After surgery, the way my eyes looked at week 2 has stayed the same until now. At the time, both the eyelid line and epicanthoplasty didn’t look drastically different from my previous eyes, so I was fairly satisfied, but as time passed, the asymmetry between the two lines, the scars, and the inner corners of my eyes started bothering me. I also have quite a lot of fat in my eyelids, and when I open my eyes wide, they almost become inner double eyelids. Maybe because my horizontal eye width is on the narrow side, the outer corners also sometimes look a bit like a Hahoe mask. Anyway, I have about a year of free time now, so I’m thinking about getting revision surgery. 1) The epicanthoplasty looks D-shaped, right? It’s not a deformity; it was like this right after surgery too. And the Mongolian fold? The end part connects outward instead of inward, so the inner corner of my eye feels like it’s floating compared with my eyeball. Could this be corrected to look sharper with revision surgery? Because of this area, the aegyo-sal line doesn’t form well either, so it looks unnatural when I smile Anyway, if I do that, would it be opening it more rather than restoration? 2) I want to remove as much fat as possible, but I’m curious whether completely removing fat from sunken eyes could create any issues or look strange. 3) I think I’ll go in the direction of raising the line a bit, but my skin is also on the thicker side, so I wonder if a natural, thin in-out line would be possible..?
I don’t think dramatic eyes suit my face, so I want revision surgery for eyes that look as sharp and natural as possible..! Please give me advice on what I should do
