I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage + silicone Looking at the photos, it may not be very obvious, but until 2-3 weeks after surgery, the nasal tip felt really big and very swollen, so I worried a lot. But now that it’s almost been a month, that feeling is gone, and it seems like the major swelling is gradually going down. One of my standards for choosing a hospital was that it had to prioritize safety, and another standard was having a nose shape I thought was pretty. For example, not a nose with a high nasal bridge or glabella, but a nose with a high nasal tip. In that respect, I think the director’s standards and what I wanted were similar, so I liked that. At around 3 months, it seems to have settled into place to some extent, but I don’t think it has completely settled yet, so I’m planning to keep watching the progress until 6 months. But I still don’t really notice the feeling of a runny nose. This will get better soon, right? It’s not particularly uncomfortable, but there are moments when I get startled without realizing itㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was stressed for years because of my nose, and I’m happy because after this surgery, it feels like the frustration I had inside has been resolved!
