They said they would make me prettier in a way that doesn’t look obvious, so people wouldn’t know I had surgery. They said my nasal skin is extremely thin and I don’t have much soft tissue, so instead of ear cartilage they would use AlloDerm for the nasal tip. The doctor was right before surgery, so the consultation was short, which was a bit disappointing. AS is free for life. (The director is quite old, so I don’t know when he’ll retire, which makes it not that much of a merit,,,)

The director touched my nose very thoroughly with his hands, showed me a book, explained things impressively, and answered everything I was curious about in detail, including the principles of the surgery. But when I asked about cartilage tying, he said I didn’t need it, yet after that, when I consulted with the consultant, she said cartilage tying would be done, so I found that odd. Maybe she misunderstood something he wrote on the consultation sheet as something he would do just because he was writing it to explain. AS 1 year
In conclusion, I did have some desire to get it from Dr. Kim Se-young, but it’s expensive, so I’m planning to get another consultation at Gaam.,
