I had autologous costal cartilage revision rhinoplasty today >< Graphic photo warning

It was my second revision, so I wasn’t that nervous lol I was just scared of the autologous costal cartilage scar and pain... During the consultation, I showed the director lots of photos of the nose I wanted and told them everything I wanted in detail lol The photos I showed were of really high noses, so we were going to use 4 mm silicone, but people around me said my current height was just naturally high, so they said they would just shave down the 4 mm implant differently for each area and customize it lol A straight-to-slightly-curved line, natural but slightly high Slight tissue removal at the glabella/alar area, silicone, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and columella reinforcement I’m hospitalized right now, and when they took off the outer gauze to replace it, I saw it I think the columella was lowered well, and my nostrils did get bigger than I expected lol but since the nose got higher, I’m just accepting it (Westerners also have bigger nostrils when their noses are high, you know lol) The nose height isn’t too high either, so I like it lol I actually saw two people’s noses in person who had it done here, and both turned out rea...lly pretty, so I didn’t go for consultations anywhere else and chose this as my one pick, had the consultation, and booked surgery right away lol And autologous costal cartilage doesn’t hurt as much as I thought lol Maybe because the director did the surgery well, but except when I bend forward or strain, it’s to the point where I don’t really know if it hurts Tomorrow morning I’ll have the cotton inside my nose removed, get treatment and a complimentary service, then go home and manage it there. My home is in another region lol I’ll bring another review in a week lol
