I had completely monolids, but at the end of 2017 I got double eyelid surgery by incision for the first time, and because of the flesh on my upper eyelids, it felt like it sank down? The line became so thin it was almost invisible, so I had revision surgery in early 2022. When I had the revision, I also had fat removal and did it by incision again, so now when I open my eyes, the line is visible very thinly. But maybe because there’s still a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, when I open my eyes wide, the line gets buried under the skin, and especially the back part of the line rolls inward? like that From the side, the upper eyelid area looks a bit bulging because of fat. Even if I put on eyeshadow or eyeliner, it gets buried or barely shows, so I don’t wear eye makeup when I go out.
But I heard that this fat can’t be completely removed I’d like it if, without upper eyelid fat, the line showed naturally and thinly when I open my eyes. Would it be better to get a second revision surgery? After the revision 2 years ago, I’d been living without any major complaints, but while looking into my first rhinoplasty this time, I suddenly thought I might want to do my eyes again at the same time, so I’m debating.
