11 years ago, when I had nose surgery, I also had autologous fat grafting on my cheeks. Actually, I originally had a lot of cheek fat, but because of orthodontic treatment, all my cheek fat disappeared. Since my constitution is one where cheek fat usually doesn’t come off easily, I didn’t overdo it and really only filled in a very small amount, keeping it natural, and I didn’t even go back for a retouch. Even now, anyone would think I never had anything done, and I have a moderate amount of cheek fat.
