I swelled a lot on the day of the procedure, so on day 1 I didn't swell more, and the swelling went down a little The bruises came up, but it became easier to move my arms, so since showers are prohibited for 24 hours, I only washed my hair Usually they say day 1 swelling is severe and, since it's still a procedure, it hurts so much you can't do anything, but I must just be crazy Anyway, what they say in procedure reviews or during consultation, that 'you can return to daily life after the procedure,' is true But this really is okay, right?

And in the afternoon the band was so suffocating that I took it off, and even though there was swelling, it felt thinner, so I measured the circumference myself, you know? ...... Guess what it was? Guess how much it went down?? It had gone down from 37.3 cm to 32.5 cm, almost 5 cm They said normally it swells more after the procedure and doesn't go down, so nothing is wrong with me, right?? If this is the final arm circumference, I think I'd be a bit disappointed though
