I am a man in my 30s.
In my 20s, I struggled because my impression looked strong, so I had the surgery.
So much time has passed that I almost no longer remember the past.
The sensation around my cheekbones and cheeks, which did not return well during the first 1-2 years, has also returned to about 99%.
I have had no side effects, and in this state I even did intense combat sports. (But I do not recommend it.)
Things to note 1. If I were to call something a side effect, it would be slight nasolabial folds or cheek sagging, but it is only mild, and if it gets worse as I age, I think some kind of measure may be needed.
2. Scars formed on both sideburn areas. Since my sideburns come down quite low, hair does not grow only in the scarred areas, so they stand out a lot. Even with time, it seems the pores in those areas do not regenerate. I am also thinking about transplanting some hair there later.
