Before <before the previous surgery> before <2 weeks after surgery> before before before <1 month> before before <2 months> I don’t remember exactly, but I had my last surgery with donated costal cartilage 5? 6? years ago, and my nose was gradually becoming upturned and it felt like the nasal tip and bridge were separating, so I had revision surgery. My nose getting lower was a bonus hahahahahaha ㅠㅠ I was recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage and had the surgery, and I think I also had nostril lowering! But I really like having had nostril lowering done lol Should I say it feels like it upgraded my nose shape by another level? After surgery, I spent the time so smoothly and comfortably, with no idea how time passed, and after two months, the nose shape that was initially upturned naturally came down, so now what, it’s so pretty. After living only with a very low nasal bridge, it’s fascinating to live with such a high bridge, and even after surgery I used to live with nose contour shading, but now I’m fine without that lol As for the autologous costal cartilage area, I do apply scar ointment occasionally, but they only made a small incision to begin with, so a friend who had autologous costal cartilage surgery at another clinic asked me why my incision was so small and why my scar healed so well. I thought this was normal lol I was shocked when I saw my friend’s scar lol It really was worth the money lolol
