One-month review of ㅇㄴㅁㄷ alar reduction

Before and after 1. Reason for choosing the hospital: The reason I decided to get nose surgery was that I had a low bulbous nose, and it had reached the point where makeup couldn’t cover it, so it was a complex. I could somehow cover the nasal bridge, but my nostrils/alar base had such a strong presence that when I took photos, only the alar area showed, so I decided to have surgery. I had consultations at three hospitals, and ㅇㄴㅁㄷ kindly consulted with me for almost an hour. As I got consultations at other hospitals, besides the alar reduction I originally wanted, I started wanting to do the nasal bridge too, but at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ, they didn’t over-recommend things and I didn’t feel excessive sales tactics, so I trusted them. 2. Procedures received: correction of alar drooping, intranasal minimal-incision alar reduction, alar thickness reduction (?) 3. Before surgery: They explained the precautions thoroughly and explained the surgical method again in detail. But on the day of surgery, they recommended alar thickness reduction, so I was slightly flustered, but it was an area that had always bothered me, so I decided to get it. 4. After surgery: Maybe because I originally had a bulbous nose, I didn’t feel like there was swelling, and I didn’t bruise either. Other than a slight throbbing on the night of surgery, it didn’t hurt at all. For 3 days, I just didn’t go outside, and on day 4 I met a friend; even though there were stitched marks, they said they thought it was just dry flaking... 5. Surgery review: You shouldn’t smile, and even smiling slightly or opening your mouth wide makes it feel tight and throb, so I think it’s better to just not meet people for about 2 weeks. Also, since the alar width was reduced, there’s an optical illusion that the nasal bridge looks slightly higher. From the side too, the bulbous-nose feeling disappeared. The surgery went so well without any pinched look. After a month, my nose, which I thought wasn’t swollen, is gradually deswelling. A whole bowl of nose has shrunk to half a bowl ^_^ I didn’t want a dramatic surgery in the first place, so I’m 100% satisfied.
