<Bare face, front view><Side view>3 years ago, I had nasal bone osteotomy + my nasal tip built up with ear cartilage, but there honestly wasn’t much change from the start (if I don’t say anything, no one notices), and as time goes by I feel more disappointed.
Especially my nasal bones are really wide, but every place I consulted for my first surgery said that even with osteotomy, they would only push them in slightly, so it wouldn’t be very noticeable.. I still went ahead with it, but it really doesn’t show.. Is there a hospital that does nasal bone osteotomy well to make the nose look slimmer, or a hospital that is good at revision rhinoplasty?
Honestly, my first surgery was a failure. My nostrils became uneven, my nose became slightly crooked, and even though I didn’t have an implant, I got inflammation, so they had to open it up once and disinfect it.. The scarring is also bad.
Since I’m doing it again, I want them to really tap-tap the bones with a hammer and raise the nasal tip just a little more.
Please help me…!!
+ Also, as you can see, I have severe Mongolian folds, so I’m planning to get a slight epicanthoplasty to open them up. For now, I booked a non-incisional epicanthoplasty at ㅊㅇ, but are there any downsides to the non-incisional method?? Is ㅊㅇ okay? There are lots of reviews on other apps like ㅂㅂㅌ and ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, but not for this place..
