I had facial liposuction, but honestly, compared with the swelling and pain, I feel like the effect was minimal. I think it would be better to look into it a bit more and find a place that does it together with lifting. After a few years, I developed a bit of cheek sagging too. It definitely works for a double chin, but my cheek fat is still the same.
