My revision surgery was successful hehe

It was a nose surgery I got a long time ago without really knowing anything, but nothing changed much, so I guess I just wasted my money?! At that time, a nearby clinic was running some kind of event, so I went ahead with big dreams because it was cheap... I regret it so much.. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Of course, they say nose surgery itself is hard to get right in one go, but after being stressed about it, I ended up going through with revision rhinoplasty Anyone could tell at a glance that I had a low nose, and I always felt my nose was a complex for me.. Also, even though I had orthodontic treatment, my lips are naturally thick and my mouth tends to protrude, so my low nose stood out even more. It was embarrassing enough that even other people could see my nose surgery had turned out like this During the consultation, the director explained that we should make a surgical plan using a custom-fit 4 mm silicone implant for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. At first, I wanted a sharp and glamorous nose, but through the consultation, he explained the condition of my nose in detail and designed it while considering the overall harmony of my face!! Seeing me being indecisive, the director spoke gently but was firm and clear when it came to the safety of revision surgery, which made me trust him even more. In the end, he said the glamorous nose I wanted would not suit me, so I gave it up right away ~~~~!! Compared to my previous surgery, I did not have much major swelling after surgery, and I did not have much pain either, so I had no major problems with daily life. Still, right after waking up it was a little swollen, and after walking around outside for a while, the swelling went down a lot. I went for walks in the evening, and as expected, walking is the best for reducing swelling! Since my nose is definitely higher now, even my mouth naturally looks more recessed hahaha I am finally seeing the effect of my orthodontic treatment hahaha After the surgery, the center of my face overall has more dimension, so I look much more refined and mature than before. Also, I was worried that my nostrils would show a lot from the front after surgery, but they do not look that way at all, so I am very satisfied!!
