I had everything done: long nose, upturned-looking nose, hump nose, and bulbous nose, and donor costal cartilage was used too. We were going to use septal cartilage, but my nose apparently didn't really have much septal cartilage or something like that, so donor costal cartilage was used. I had only been thinking about rhinoplasty for years, but I liked the first consultation so much that I booked it right away. I didn't have bruising except for a little yellow bruising after the splint was removed, and the swelling wasn't severe except on days 2 and 3, so that was even better!! Other than the swelling going down unevenly because of my nose shape and because my sleeping direction is biased to one side, everything is good haha. I hope the swelling at the nasal tip goes down quicklyㅠ.ㅠ I think the director is really good at surgery. It didn't hurt at all after surgery either,, For me, removing the splint hurt the mostㅠㅠㅠㅠ If you're considering rhinoplasty, I definitely recommend doing it. It looks much better than not doing it haha. Your impression changes. The consultant was kind too, good.
Oh, when the director here first removes the splint, the nasal tip may look a bit lifted or something, but later it feels like it all slowly comes downㅠㅠ Considering that the nasal tip may droop later, I think this is actually more fortunate :)
