They said fat removal is also possible with natural adhesion surgery, and since it was my first surgery after all, I think that's why I decided on adhesion haha
They immediately created the line I wanted, and when I said I wanted epicanthoplasty or lower canthoplasty to correct eye asymmetry, they performed the surgery as minimally and naturally as possible, which I liked! For the inner corner, I wanted a slightly pointed shape by about 0.5 mm, and for the lower canthoplasty, because it was for correcting uneven eyes, I asked them to lower it just a tiny bit so it really! wouldn't show, and they operated only enough to correct it, so I liked it so, so much!
I was also very worried about swelling, but even on days 2-3, it wasn't very severe... To the point that everyone said it looked like it had been several months since surgery. It hasn't quite been a month yet, but it has become completely natural, so I'm satisfied!
I liked that they set the line exactly how I wanted, and also told me clearly that if a procedure seemed unnecessary, my eyes looked like they didn't need it! Lastly, since there was only one director surgeon, I felt reassured about postoperative care and in many other ways, which was nice
