Has anyone had revision surgery with an incision to lower the line after non-incisional double eyelid surgery?? My line itself isn't extremely high, but the front part of my eyes is more visible than the middle, and by my standards it's a bit high, so I went for consultations about lowering the line. But most of them talked about a two-line dissection? method. They say the term two-line dissection itself isn't really used when the previous surgery was non-incisional, but the method is the same as the two-line dissection method. Only one place said that in my case, if I do two-line dissection, it would become an inner double eyelid, so they mentioned excision. Anyway, people say two-line dissection is a last resort when there isn't enough excess skin, but since mine was non-incisional, I have enough excess skin, right? Even in this kind of case, do you have to use the two-line dissection method to lower the line..? Most hospitals did say similar things.
