I had fat extraction injections for my saddlebags about a year ago. I really did not control my diet, so I regret that a bit. If you do not diet, fat does come back even in the treated area. Still, it is not as much as before. I think I would do it again even if I went back, but that time I think I would work hard on my diet too.
