Before/after I was going to get a mini lifting, but instead I got a SMAS volume lift with minimal incision + liposuction + fat grafting + deep cheek removal. I was too lazy to go around for consultations, so I looked at reviews, chose ㅅㅅㅇ, got a photo estimate, and booked surgery right away with Director Han Gyu-nam. They made an incision of about 4 cm at the sideburn area. Liposuction was done under the chin, and fat was grafted under the eyes and to the anterior chin. For swelling, on day 3 one eye swelled up tight, and bruising was only a little around the jaw and cheek area. It wasn't severe, and I had surgery on Friday and went straight back to work on Monday~ Until week 2, the deep cheek area was puffy, my face was swollen, and I also had a lot of pulling sensation. Even now at week 4, there is still some swelling left. The right deep cheek area is very puffy compared with the left, and I think the pulling sensation and tingling? sensation are more noticeable than in the early stage. When I take side photos, I think, oh, my jaw seems to have lifted a bit? But I think the deep cheek area needs to go down quickly so I can get away from the skeletal look, and the front view will look smooth too. They said it would adhere once all the swelling goes down, so I think I need to wait a bit~ When I had the consultation, they said the nasolabial folds would be difficult, and that seems true I'll post again once the swelling goes down more.
