I had functional nose surgery and revision nose surgery. During my first surgery, I said I wanted a straight-to-curved profile, and they said they would give me that, but it became a straight nose. They used mesh, and now, 5 years later, my nasal tip has become blunter than before surgery. The cartilage also drooped, so my columella sagged downward, making my nose look long, and I heard so many comments that my face looked long. I was stressed about it, but I finally got it done. Right now my nose does look obviously done, but it's so pretty and I'm satisfied haha. But the functional nose part doesn't seem to have improved properly It's been two months, but my nasal mucous membrane still feels blocked.. I'm going to go to an ENT clinic. I used donated costal cartilage, and I really like the shape.
