I had LASEK 6 years ago. Originally my vision was 0.1, and I haven't measured it lately, but I think I still get about 1.0. For the first 3 days, it hurt so much like sand had gotten in my eyes, I couldn't even open my eyes, tears just kept coming, and it was miserable, but after doing it, it was truly a whole new world. More than anything, I loved that I could see well without wearing contact lenses, so I didn't have to wear them. I think LASEK is also something that's better to do as soon as possible ^^
