I think I've lost a huge amount of weight and am currently down to 88 kg, but my upper arms just would not slim down no matter what.
If anything, my legs got thinner, so my relatively chubby upper arms made my upper body look way too large, so I got arm liposuction treatment.
I'm also a coward and don't have much experience with procedures or plastic surgery, so big surgeries under sleep anesthesia felt a bit scary. I heard there was a relatively simple treatment that suctions fat from the upper arms under local anesthesia, so I was able to go through with it calmly. I'm leaving a record of the bruising and swelling from the day of the procedure to week 1! I hope it helps even a little for people like me who are worried about thick upper arms.
The procedure itself actually wasn't as painful or severely painful as I expected, and on days 1 and 2 the bruising came up dark all over. Around one week in, the bruising and swelling moved down toward the elbow, so the bending area became tight and firm. It was only a little uncomfortable to move, and not enough to bother me at all^^ Now the bruises have gone down a lot, and I'm going to the clinic for aftercare to manage the bruising and swelling, so I'll report on my progress again later^^
