Hi, I recently went to 3 clinics to shop around for revision eye surgery. Before that, I had been browsing around this community for a while (I didn't look at other apps at all because there are so many paid promotions and heavy photo editing..) I narrowed it down to places with decent real review photos and good ratings and went there (I originally wasn't planning to visit that many, just thought I'd go to about 3 places)
First, my eye condition - I was born with double eyelids, but I had severe unevenness, so about 6 years ago I had my first incisionless double-eyelid surgery The crease was set too low and became uneven, and the inner part got swallowed up, turning into an inner line My pupil is also slightly covered (not to the point of looking sleepy)
C C C : They missed my consultation reservation. I had booked online through the website, but there was no call, so I called them myself and booked again. Even then, they still missed the reservation, so I waited about 15-20 minutes and went in right away

The manager seems very young.. overall her consultation skills felt lacking, and for the technical parts she seemed to explain only what she had been trained to say, but I couldn't really trust it.. During the consultation there were a lot of awkward silences here and there, and although it wasn't pushy, there was a lot of recommending like, 'I think it would be better if you did it like this~', 'I think it would suit you~' and so on She was gentle and polite, not the dominant, strong type (no talk about aftercare or anything like that)
The doctor seemed thorough too, but felt a bit awkward He recommended natural adhesion (incisionless) + eye muscle correction or incisional surgery + eye muscle correction Canthoplasty was optional (not really recommended) The cost was the highest of the three places
B B B : I arrived earlier than my appointment time, had photos taken first, then waited in the consultation room (The staff told me in advance that the consultation ahead would probably take 10-15 minutes)

The manager is somewhere between cool and friendly, there was absolutely no pushing or selling, and the explanation moved along very smoothly She only explained exactly what was necessary, then asked if I had any other questions and finished with the cost explanation (including aftercare as well as swelling care) (She clearly told me the final cost, including the event discount, and when I suggested alternative pricing options, it didn't help) It was the cleanest, most no-frills consultation
The doctor was thorough too, explaining everything while looking at each photo one by one and explaining how the surgical methods differ. Honestly, when she set my line, I really liked it (I only liked it inside) Just like in other reviews, she was very confident She recommended natural adhesion (incisionless) + upper canthoplasty or incisional surgery + upper canthoplasty Lateral canthoplasty was not possible, and lower canthoplasty was optional (possible, but optional) For lateral and lower canthoplasty, she said that because I asked first But what puzzled me was that if I did the incisionless method, they would set it above the existing line and would not remove the old suture line (?); when doing the incisional method, they would remove it (I did not understand what that meant)
Normally the consultation order is manager-doctor-manager, but here it was doctor-manager right away, so it saved time and the whole consultation felt neat and organized I also really trusted the fact that they only do surgery on 2 people a day The price was in the middle of the three
Anyway, I wrote this based on what I remember after consulting 3 places Right now, I think I am about 80 percent tilted toward B B B Before the consultation, I already thought this was the place because I loved the review photos, but after the consultation it somehow felt even more certain..? Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from A A A either, but the price did make me hesitate a little The doctor also seemed thorough and trustworthy.. In the end, I am torn between B B B and A A A, but it's like 80 to 20 lol
B B B : Incisional/non-incisional dilemma.....(I'm hesitating because they said they would tie it above the existing line without undoing the sutures.. What if it comes loose...)
A A A : The price is low : Feels like a factory-style clinic (will they manage aftercare well?) : The wait is too long
