I had surgery before-before-before, but it still looked somewhat blunt, so I ended up having revision surgery. It’s been 3 months, so I think it’s become a bit more natural now. What do you think? I’m satisfied with the shape, but since costal cartilage was used, it feels much harder than when I only had ear cartilage before, like something that isn’t my nose is attached to me. Because it’s hard, it feels bothersome every time I wash my face. I think this can’t be helped lol
