Before/after The first photo is a photo taken before surgery, and the second photo is a photo taken 10 days after surgery (July 3). For my immediate post-op review, please refer to my previous post. Right now, I barely have any pain, and the sensation around my chin is still a bit dull. Sometimes I feel tightness around my chin, but I haven't had any post-op care treatments yet, and I think it is because I am still recovering. First of all, my girlfriend says she can clearly see that I have changed, and she is really surprised. Also, even before surgery, the director in charge told me that I have a lot of fibrous tissue under my chin, so I might not get a dramatic result after liposuction. That area currently feels a bit hard and lumpy, almost like bio-bonding is forming during recovery. I will have to wait and see whether it improves after future care treatment (radiofrequency laser). The director said that swelling goes down and the line lifts over at least 3 months and up to 1 year after surgery, so thinking that it will get better than now makes me feel even more that I made the right choice getting surgery. Next time, I will come back with a 2-week post-op review!
