1. ㅇㅂㅅ(ㅅㅅㅈ) The first place I went / The consultant seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge. As soon as she saw my face, she told me exactly what the problem was / In the director’s consultation, he recommended bulbous nose improvement + columella correction + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but said if that was insufficient, he would use donated costal cartilage. The consultant didn’t pressure me, and the wait wasn’t very long, so I was very satisfied with my first consultation for my first surgery.
2. ㅁㄷㅇ(ㅇㅌㄱ) It is run by one representative director, so the management seemed meticulous and responsible. But the consultant was really... really bad at consulting... I was so shocked... It just seemed like she was trying to get me to set a date as quickly as possible. The director’s opinion was that I don’t have much septal cartilage, so even using ear cartilage together would still be lacking, so we should use donated costal cartilage from the start. Also, since my nose is a bit bulbous, I asked if I needed alar reduction, and he showed me before-and-after differences and said if I personally don’t feel there is much difference, I don’t have to do it. Because he said I need donated costal cartilage, the cost went up compared with the first clinic.
3. ㅎㅌ(ㅎㅅㅊ) The wait until the consultation with the director was so, so, so long. I got exhausted waiting. But I liked the consultation with the consultant and the director the most out of the three places. There was absolutely no pressure. The quote, like the second place, recommended donated costal cartilage + custom silicone + lifting the alar rim... I liked that they said they didn’t need to touch the bone.
I want to choose as quickly as possible, but I’m planning to visit about two more places ㅍ
