My nose became too high and disrupted my facial balance, so I was ultimately not satisfied with the result and am preparing for revision surgery. Since I had osteotomy and silicone placement, I am worried that removing the silicone may cause capsular contracture. Rhinoplasty always requires careful consideration... The implant must also be chosen carefully..! I regret not having been cautious enough.
