I originally had almost no nasal bridge and a bulbous tip, which had stressed me for a long time. After consultations at several clinics, I chose my first rhinoplasty here because the director’s aesthetic sense matched mine best and the consultation was realistic and thorough. I had silicone plus autologous costal cartilage. Now almost all the swelling has gone down, and the shape looks much more natural. The bridge has settled at a height suited to my face without being excessive, and I’m satisfied that my previously bulbous tip has been refined. The nasal scar is only slightly visible up close, perhaps because I applied ointment consistently. The rib scar is still clearly visible, but it is along the underwear line, so it does not bother me at all in daily life. I feel more confident now and take many more photos!
