I live in Busan, so I took a day to go to Seoul and visited two places, plus the place where I had liposuction before. I consulted at [Clinic A], Buy One, and [Clinic B], where I had abdominal liposuction and second thigh surgery. 1. Buy One basically gave up and told me not to have surgery, but to use the money for massages and reduce cellulite. They did not even do an ultrasound T_T;; Thinking about it afterward, I felt the risk to my result was too high for the cost, so it felt like I cut them off from the start. It was as if I had not gone. They did not perform lifting. 2. At [Clinic A], they said that because it involved both thighs and abdomen, it would cost quite a lot, but I should not expect to become beautiful and should think of it as an improvement. They recommended liposuction + Renewvion + a mini abdominal lift. 3. [Clinic B]—I had abdominal liposuction and second thigh surgery there. They said I was sagging because I had been too overweight before. (Then shouldn't the doctor have performed liposuction to avoid sagging? Buy One said something similar.) I was standard weight, so how was I overweight? After doing my second surgery, they now told me not to expect much even from revision surgery. In the past they used to graft fat into uneven depressions, but now they said they no longer do fat grafting. When I had my second thigh surgery, I researched and visited many places, but I had been about to go to Buy One and chose this place because of a 1-million-won price difference. It is the biggest regret of my life. Seventeen years ago, I had large-volume thigh liposuction at a hospital with tons of reviews and a director who had taken photos with G-Dragon, and it went badly. Then I visited many places in Gangnam for a second revision and made it even worse. I desperately needed reconstructive aesthetic treatment rather than ordinary cosmetic surgery. That is why I became very careful about hospital reviews and brokers. I visited places with the mindset that I was treating this, without focusing on cost as much as possible. I do not want to become prettier; I just want to live normally without feeling ashamed T_T I have had liposuction five times in my life. Do not just look at a doctor's claim of having done several thousand liposuction procedures T_T You should entrust your body to a doctor with at least 10 years of experience and tens of thousands of cases. I moved from Seoul to Busan, and when I look at places advertising liposuction, there are many unknown clinics that opened recently. They say they are specialists in good liposuction and waist shaping? Please do not ruin your body over a few hundred thousand or a million won T_T Equipment seems important too. My second thigh surgery left scars, and although they promised laser treatment, they completely shut their mouths afterward. Ask what good equipment they use. Ask what happens if you have a lot of cellulite; lots of cellulite can make the surface uneven. After giving birth, I realized how much more important liposuction is than what you see on the surface. If I had known my abdomen would become this uneven, I would have exercised and lost weight instead... I regret it. I did it because gyms were closed during COVID and I had no choice T_T My appointment at [Clinic A] is set for late December. They said they can also correct the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles caused by childbirth. While I was having blood drawn, I saw that the facility looked like a university hospital. Apparently it has oxygen capsules used for athletes' rehabilitation, as well as lasers, nitrogen tanks, freezers, and other equipment. I do not regret choosing the hospital. Whether it is a place where Korean celebrities supposedly go or a place visited by politicians' wives, I want to be operated on by the best, do as much as I can, and if it does not work, live thinking that this is the limit of my best possible result. Please, I really want to leave a successful review... I hope this is the last time, sob T_T
