Dissolved My Filler and Visited Clinics for Rhinoplasty Consultations

I had filler injected three years ago, but it spread over time. So I dissolved it last year, and currently there is nothing in my nose. I dissolved it, but somehow it does not feel like I have completely returned to my original nose. It feels unsettling... Since I was already lying down, I planned to ask them to dissolve any remaining filler as well. Anyway, I am suffering so much after having filler in my nose once, so honestly, filler is a no-no. I went to [Clinic A], had a CT scan right away, and consulted with the coordinator. There was no wait until then, but I waited about 35 minutes for the director's consultation. I was flustered because I did not expect such a long wait... I almost arrived late for my next appointment, but I had scheduled plenty of time, so the only consequence was that I could not eat.... I was hungry, but the consultation was worth it. They explained things well and clearly divided the necessary and unnecessary surgeries. They shaped my nose with a cotton swab to show me and also edited it in 3D, but this did not mean I could predict how it would look after surgery. It felt more like an aid to help me understand, so I think it is best to treat it that way. In the coordinator's final consultation, they told me the price and said how much of a discount I would receive if I paid the deposit today. There was no pressure. At [Clinic B], I registered and waited about 10 minutes in the waiting area before seeing the coordinator. They asked about my concerns and the nose shape I wanted, seemingly to understand my needs before the director's consultation. I waited about 10 minutes for the director's consultation. The director showed a lot of confidence in their skill. Based on my skin quality and thickness, they said septal cartilage seemed suitable, but after feeling it, they thought there might not be enough, so donor rib cartilage might be added in the operating room. There was also a fairly substantial additional charge for donor rib cartilage. It was much better that they informed me in advance than saying they had added it in the operating room and asking me to pay without telling me. Here, they drew a picture of my nose on a tablet to explain, and it seemed they were good at designing the look I wanted. In the coordinator's final consultation, they organized and explained the price, discount events, and other matters unrelated to the surgery in a friendly manner. I have a bulbous and short nose, so improving the columella is most important. If you were choosing, which of the two would you visit?
