2-month review: facial contouring 3 procedures + revision rhinoplasty + forehead reduction + lower eyelid fat repositioning

It has already been over two months since surgery!! Compared with month one, more residual swelling has gone down and my facial line has definitely changed. In particular, doing contouring and forehead reduction together makes my entire face feel much shorter and narrower. My cheekbones are smoother than before, and my lower face has changed the most!! Maybe because of the cortical osteotomy, my face visibly looks much smaller from the front, so I am very satisfied T_T. During the consultation, the doctor said it is better to reduce the face according to its proportions than to remove as much as possible. Looking at it now, it has changed naturally as much as I wanted without looking excessive. I am also extremely satisfied with the forehead reduction. I used to wear my bangs down all the time because of my broad forehead, even after getting scalp micropigmentation, but now it looks much more natural even when I show my forehead. My hair has also started growing back little by little!! The scar was barely noticeable from the beginning, which was amazing, and even compared with other people, I think mine is the least visible lol. I can tell how carefully the doctor worked on it. I also really love the revision rhinoplasty T_T. Previously, the dorsal hump was still there and the tip still looked bulky, but this time the hump correction and bulbous-nose correction seem to have gone well. The tip is much slimmer, and the columella line came out especially beautifully, so I love how it looks from both the side and the front. I have many friends who have had nose surgery, and whenever they see my nose, they say the line looks exceptionally good, that it is their first time seeing a columella this open and well-defined, and that mine turned out the best. That makes me feel so good!! The lower eyelid fat repositioning was also a revision, but the hollow look under my eyes has been greatly reduced compared with before!! I was worried about recovery because I had several procedures at once, but the clinic monitored my progress carefully and provided good aftercare, which I appreciated. The residual swelling still needs to go down further, but so far I am very satisfied overall. At first I was only going to have revision rhinoplasty, but now I think it was a good decision to do the contouring and forehead reduction together too haha.
