I received lower-eyelid fat repositioning plus fat grafting from Dr. Park Si-hyeon at [Clinic A]. The procedure was carried out without excessive recommendations from the doctor. When I asked during the consultation what else besides the eyes I should do, they did not recommend anything after considering my facial harmony and other factors. I liked that there was no aggressive sales pitch. Including the fat grafting, I paid 2.3 million won. The swelling did not last as long as expected, so I was able to return to daily life quickly. Before the procedure, I was deliberating because of hollowing under my eyes and dark circles. I consulted there because [Clinic A] specializes in eyes, it has board-certified plastic surgeons, and a friend recommended it; after researching carefully, I am satisfied. Immediately after surgery, they let me rest sufficiently while the anesthesia was wearing off, which was nice. I was able to regain my senses and go home safely, and although I could not buy medication because of my schedule, the staff were considerate and helped me get it. Days 1–5: I had a lot of scabs and tearing. I could manage after removing them with a cotton swab, but since I had no particular appointments, I removed them when I was able to wash my face. One week to two weeks: Only bruising and slight residual swelling remained. Recovery was faster than expected and the result seemed natural, so I am satisfied.
