My options seem to have narrowed down to a forehead lift, a sub-brow lift, or an incisional double-eyelid surgery. I have quite a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, so which surgery—or combination—would give the most satisfying result? Or would it be more effective to have all three done one by one in sequence...?
