Everyone, do you always have to expect revision surgery for the nose?

I want to raise only the tip without an implant, and possibly get some alar reduction too. Even if I do that, could problems or contracture develop later, leading to revision surgery or removal?

Has anyone had revision surgery for a deviated septum?

After surgery for a deviated septum, mine is more crooked than before and feels very blocked. Is anyone else in the same situation? T_T

Anyone similar to me..?

After nose surgery, the tip was absorbed and became lower, but the direction of my nose? It seems to point upward, making it look upturned... Could removing it alone bring the tip down?? There seem to be many people saying their noses…

Scars

Does making the incision along the original surgical line leave less scarring, or does creating a new line and operating there leave less scarring?? (When the original scar was not severe!)
